Within Australia - Items over $100AUD value are posted free of charge and are inclusive of insurance.
Within Australia - Postage for items under $100AUD value cost $12.00AUD – inclusive of insurance.
Outside Australia - Postage and insurance costs are calculated depending on value and weight of products purchased. Final delivery costs will be advised once order is submitted.

We offer a 14 day 100% money back guarantee on our products. This guarantee is valid for all products except custom orders or products that are specially modified for the customer. Purchases made by credit card will be credited to your card and will appear on your billing statement.
Please send your item(s) back to us in original condition, and we will process your request for a replacement, store credit or a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us. We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. Please mail your item(s) back in their original packaging.
Postage/Delivery
All orders for delivery within Australia that are placed through thejewelleryshop.com.au are delivered via Australia Post or Australian Air Express Platinum.
When you place your order you will notice that there is a delivery fee. The post option that thejewelleryshop.com.au provides is a Registered Delivery, which means that a signature is required upon delivery. The Australian Air Express Platinum also requires a signature on delivery. This delivery fee also includes an insurance fee.
For purchases to be sent outside Australia - Postage and insurance costs are calculated depending on value and weight of products purchased. Final delivery costs will be advised once order is submitted.
Delivery times
Once we receive full payment of the order the delivery process will start. All items will be shipped to you on the day the order is received by thejewelleryshop.com.au. On the rare occasion an item is temporarily out of stock , you will be contacted by email to advise a new expected date of delivery to you.
